The Future Preacher’s Training Camp is an annual summer event held at the West Virginia School of Preaching designed to encourage younger men (ages 14-18) to become preachers of the Gospel. To provide encouragement our faculty, alumni, and directors make a collective effort to offer instruction that will facilitate their growth and subsequent confidence in taking a leadership role. Attendees may stay in the school dormitory while space is available, so apply now! This year’s FPTC will take place June 21-23 2013. Take a look at our most recent brochure for a schedule of events:

Cost:
There is no cost to attend the FPTC. The attendee is only responsible for transportation to and
from the West Virginia School of Preaching.
What to Bring:
Sermon: All attendees should bring a sermon outline they created that would take roughly 8-10 mins to deliver.
Clothes: All attendees will be required to wear kakis, dress shirt, tie, and coat during certain
portions of the training camp. Casual clothes should also be brought for recreational activities.
Bedding: Attendees should bring their own bedding. A sleeping bag, bed sheet, and pillow are
sufficient.
Toiletry: Don’t forget to bring your toothbrush and other necessary items!
Bible: We will be using the Bible extensively so DON’T FORGET YOUR BIBLE
