Jefferson Sole Bio | Listen to him preach
Jefferson A. Sole was born in Glen Dale, WV and was raised in Gaithersburg, MD. He is the son of Howard and Susan Sole and the brother of Curtis and Joshua Sole. He married Julia G. Corey on May 27, 2006. Jefferson graduated from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in finance and a minor in real estate in 2006. In 2008 he graduated from the West Virginia School of Preaching in Moundsville, WV. Two years later he earned a M.A. in New Testament studies from Freed-Hardeman University. The topic of his thesis was “The Romanity of Philippi and the Interpretation of Philippians 1:27-30 and 3:17-21.” While enrolled at Freed-Hardeman University he preached for the Saltillo Church of Christ in Saltillo, TN. He is currently working as the Associate Director at the West Virginia School of Preaching.
He wishes to encourage men to come to the West Virginia School of Preaching because he considers the time he spent there as a student one of the greatest opportunities of his life. The faculty is dedicated to ensuring that the students will not only become successful Bible students but successful Gospel preachers.
