Bruce Daugherty Bio | Listen to him preach
Bruce Daugherty married his wife Gayle in 1981. They have two sons, Mike and Vince. Bruce received a B.A. in Bible from Freed-Hardeman University in 1981 and a M.A. in History from Harding University Graduate School of Religion in 2006.
Bruce has been engaged in full-time ministry since 1981, serving as an associate minister with the Graham Rd. congregation in Reynoldsburg, Ohio from 1981-1983. He was a missionary in Cervignano, Italy from 1983-1990. He preached for the Beville Rd. congregation in Daytona Beach, Florida from 1990-2000. Since 2000, he has been preaching for the 10th & Clairmont congregation in Cambridge, Ohio.
Bro. Daugherty served as an instructor at the Florida School of Preaching in Lakeland, Florida from 1995-2000 where he taught Denominational Doctrines, Minor Prophets, Restoration History, and World Religions. Since April 2001 he has been an instructor with the West Virginia School of Preaching where he currently teaches Church History and Restoration History.
Bruce has held gospel meetings in Florida, Ohio, and West Virginia. He has participated in stateside campaigns in Ohio and Virginia, and foreign campaigns in Italy, Botswana, and Zambia. He has spoken on lectureships in Florida, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia. He has had articles published in the Carolina Messenger, Christian Bible Teacher, Gospel Advocate, Gospel Gazette, Restoration Quarterly, Voice of Truth, and West Virginia Christian.
